Listening and communication
A lifelong exploration of what makes a relationship authentic: attention, words, silence, empathy and the ability to suspend judgement.
Almost forty years spent working with people, listening to their stories, fears, desires and changes.
Communication is not only what we say. It is what we understand, the space we give others to express themselves and, sometimes, what we finally learn to hear within ourselves.

Negotiating, training, mentoring, teaching and accompanying people through change: different experiences united by one principle. Before looking for the right answer, we need to understand the person in front of us.
A lifelong exploration of what makes a relationship authentic: attention, words, silence, empathy and the ability to suspend judgement.
Supporting a person does not mean taking their place, but helping them see their resources, choices and possibilities more clearly.
He has trained professionals across several European countries, working in Italian, English and Spanish and engaging with different cultures and communication styles.
A professional life shaped by clients, colleagues, students, negotiations, difficult moments and thousands of encounters that turned experience into method.

Not a conventional self-help manual, but a journey through real stories: family, work, music, mistakes, clients, relationships and the people who, often without knowing it, teach us something.
A book born from one simple question: how often are we convinced that we have understood someone when, in reality, we have only listened to our own interpretation?
«Listening to others matters. Listening to ourselves is vital.»
Antonio Malgieri has spent almost forty years working with people, listening to their stories, fears, desires and changes. He has made listening one of the fundamental tools of both his personal and professional life.
He speaks Italian, English and Spanish and has trained professionals in several European countries. Over the years, he has explored communication, negotiation, coaching and mentoring, turning experience into a deeper way of understanding others.
He has always believed in one simple principle: people come before business.
«People do not always need someone who speaks well. More often, they need someone who listens well.»
Perhaps we do not need to speak more. Perhaps we need to listen better: to others, to what they are not yet able to say and, sometimes, to ourselves.
